Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders are processed within 1–2 days and typically arrive within 5–8 business days.

Q: What happens if I’m not satisfied.

A: if you aren’t happy with the pad as long as it’s in good condition and not damaged just email us at: aniflexsupport@gmail.com and we do free refunds up to 30 days from date of purchase. All you have to pay is the shipping fee to send it back to the address we provide. 

Q: What if it’s damaged when I receive it?

A: if damaged just send us a photo and we will sen a brand new one totally free or provide a refund.
